It can be difficult to meld individual needs into 1 functioning unit... let us help you! Virtual or in-person nutrition counseling for yourself and your partner. All sessions are eligible for private insurance coverage.

Have you been working with us and want to lock into 2025 rates? Then one of the following packages is for you!! All sessions are eligible for reimbursement by private insurance coverage.

Meal Planning Workshops

Are you new to meal planning and cooking? Do you have multiple health issues that makes meal planning a nightmare? After completing a meal planning workshop you will receive a 2-week meal plan inclusive of recipes and grocery lists AND the education to adapt the plan as needed in the future. All sessions are eligible for reimbursement by private insurance coverage.
