Start or continue your health journey with SIX one-on-one education sessions with Kim virtually or in-person every 2 weeks. You will learn about the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating and how to apply them for your unique health status, past experiences and current lifestyle. Each session covers 1-2 principles, exercises to enhance your learning between visits, and develop specific action goals with Kim's support. All sessions are eligible for private insurance coverage.
